Spectra G500 Series Calibration
Looking for help with a calibration procedure for a Trimble Spectra Precision G500 series, specifically the G522. I believe all G500 Series lasers have the same calibration procedure.

Have not tried the method commented at the bottom of this page. Anyone who does try it, can you let me know how it works out.
Ive had another reply by email, when I get one of these models to look at I’ll check it out and post a full guide.

To enter service mode, with unit off , press MANUAL, +LEFT ARROW ,POWER AT SAME TIME .All LED’s will flash confirming service mode , on display scroll with up/down arrows till SET X PARAMETER IS DISPLAYED .
Press MANUAL BUTTON for 3 seconds , compensator will travel to both forward and back limits ,then settle back to middle .Adjust beam with up/down buttons on unit or remote, when adjustment is done , and to save it , press MANUAL BUTTON ..Unit should give one long beep and power down ..
For the Y axis , same as above , scroll to Y/Z parameter display etc .
A Axis ( VERTICAL ) Same as Y/Z display ,but with unit layed down .
A Axis adjustment at bottom of comment should in fact be the “Z” axis , as in laying the laser down to use vertical beam , works on GL412 series as well, just adjusted a 412 with no problem .
